Hi, I am Christine Andrews. A trusted leadership advisor, a Certified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

My Graduate Program was at Royal Roads University. I cut my teeth in the software industry in an HR role over 20 years ago after attaining my BBA (Honours – Human Resources) from Nipissing University and didn’t look back. I love working with dynamic, high-growth companies throughout North America. My career took me to some formidable technology leading companies where I was mentored and lead by some amazing entrepreneurs and leaders.
I embarked on my own private practice helping growing companies scale their people strategies because I am passionate about supporting leaders and developing strong cultures through talent. This evolved into developing coaching programs that complement the culture and leadership initiatives to drive maximum impact.
I am skilled in debriefing the HOGAN series of leadership assessments, DISC profiles, 360 assessments, and proficient in the 4-D System and in Relationship Intelligence Systems. I am a proud member of the International Coach Federation as well.
I also volunteer with Avanti Women – a professional organization focused on supporting women in transition, new in their careers, or new to Canada.
I love to explore and learn about human behaviour, the neuroscience of leadership, and the positive impact we can have on emotionally and socially intelligent conversations that inspire action.
In addition to a fulfilling professional practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 sons traveling, playing games, or sharing quality time relaxing by the pool with my Bernedoodle Piper beside me!
While I develop and deliver my programs independently, at times I also collaborate on projects with various credentialed coaches that I have personally selected that bring a wealth of experience, passion, and curiosity to their craft.
